OVER TRAINING! Ugh, its happened again. I’ve been so focused on training and trying to get under 200 lbs that I’ve over trained. So, with Kevin’s expertise, I’m taking the day off from working out and training.
Here’s to a great day of eating and getting rested for tomorrow!
In October 2009, I weighed 249 pounds. By February, I'd lost 35, and I'm still going. Bikini season's coming soon... will I make my goal by then? Watch and find out... but hang on tight! It's going to be a bumpy ride with lots of "Nic's and Bruises"
