It was SO nice to sleep in until 5am …instead of getting up at 4am for hair and makeup!
Brittany filled in for Kevin this morning at Boot camp. She did a great job! There were only 2 of us this morning so it was much more intimate. And since Brit was there it was a GIRLS morning
We did the following items 3 times each:
3 lengths of the agility ladder – typewriter, one leg, iggy shuffle, etc
resistance band side steps – the length of the room and back
tire grinders – the length of the room and back
10 body builders
10 plank twists
1 lap of the track
REPEAT

The afternoon workout was 20 minutes on the stationary bike, 20 minutes on the StairMaster and 30 minutes of abs/strength. I really wanted to work on my triceps, biceps and obliques. Needless to say I burned them out! Its a good feeling. The extra strength and ab work also helped burn off the lactic acid from yesterday’s Yoga class. Tomorrow is my real FIRST PILATES class. Its on the big pilates machine. I hope I can do it and not hurt myself, lol. It should be interesting to say the least.
In October 2009, I weighed 249 pounds. By February, I'd lost 35, and I'm still going. Bikini season's coming soon... will I make my goal by then? Watch and find out... but hang on tight! It's going to be a bumpy ride with lots of "Nic's and Bruises"
