Typically this would be my “Last Chance Workout Day” but with NO weigh-in tomorrow…its just another Tuesday!
Cardio is in full swing and I’m still keeping my fingers crossed that it will pay off on the scale. The afternoon brought 30 minutes on the ARCH machine, 25 minutes on the treadmill – including a 10 minute run and lastly 30 minutes on the stationary bike. My legs are on fire!
I ended the day with YOGA! It was a more advanced class but I held my own pretty well. Two of my new favorite poses are “the eagle” and “the dolphin”.
In October 2009, I weighed 249 pounds. By February, I'd lost 35, and I'm still going. Bikini season's coming soon... will I make my goal by then? Watch and find out... but hang on tight! It's going to be a bumpy ride with lots of "Nic's and Bruises"
