Today was a great day! I got up bright and early to meet Song for ….you guessed it…CARDIO
The workout went something like this:
15 minutes on the StairMaster
30 minutes on the moving stair machine – - it has no impact
30 minutes on the stationary bike
20 minutes of abs and core work
Then we hit the dry sauna for some relaxation. We even grabbed a tuna wrap and salad for lunch. It was really a nice morning. It makes me happy to spend time getting healthy and enjoying a great friend.

In October 2009, I weighed 249 pounds. By February, I'd lost 35, and I'm still going. Bikini season's coming soon... will I make my goal by then? Watch and find out... but hang on tight! It's going to be a bumpy ride with lots of "Nic's and Bruises"
